Is it really 0% commission?
On your own clients, yes, always — we never take a marketing cut of a client your brand, your Instagram or your word of mouth brought in, and we never resell them. The whole price is the flat monthly fee plus card processing when clients pay through your page. Worked example on a £35 deposit: Stripe's standard UK card fee is about 73p (1.5% + 20p) and our processing fee is 35p–88p depending on plan (Studio 1.0% · Pro 1.5% · Starter 2.5%), so about £33.40–£33.90 lands in your Stripe account — and past 100 bookings a month our fee halves automatically. Every payment shows gross, fees and net in your back office.
Do the no-show fees actually charge, or just ask politely?
They actually charge. Cards are saved at booking, so your late-cancellation or no-show fee is charged to the card on file automatically, off-session, per the policy you set. You stay in charge: one tap forgives any fee.
I’ve got years of client history in another app. Am I retyping it?
No. Send whatever you have and Pretty Pooches imports your whole client book by hand, dogs, notes and all. Migration is free, and you are not on your own at any point.
What does the founding deposit actually commit me to?
Nothing you can’t undo. The small deposit locks the founding rate for as long as you stay. It is fully refundable if you change your mind, and it comes off your first bill if you join.
